Ones professionally handle electrical and electronic devices import and export of member countries.      Ones who are only follow some financial agreement to provide funds couldn’t be regarded as “Producers” unless they suit to (a) to (c).   Relative measures of member countries:     1. Member countries have to guaranty that the new electrical and electronic devices with no plumbum, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBDE or PBB from July 1st 2006. Before passing this instruction, member countries have to limit or prohibit electrical and electronic devices to use these restricted substances measures by EU.     2. The plumbum, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium of above mention are not suit to electrical and electronic devices listed below.     a. The mercury content of small fluorescent lamp is not allowed to over 5 mg/one.     b. The content of linear fluorescent lamp is not allowed to over:         -- halophosphate 10 mg/one         -- triphosphate normal type 5 mg/one         -- triphosphate long-acting type 8 mg/one     c. The mercury content of special-purpose linear fluorescent lamp     d. The mercury content of other lamps which are not special mentioned in this index     e. The plumbum content of cathode-ray tubes, electronic materials and the glass of fluorescent tubes     f. The steel products with plumbum content not over 0.35wt%
